CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Australia Post remains fully operational, making deliveries across Australia and New Zealand amidst the government restrictions on non-essential activity.

The Covid-19 situation may impact the time frame in which online parcels are processed. Although we have the full commitment from Australia Post to deliver all orders as usual, we are seeing delays as they adapt to the new challenges presented by the pandemic, such as additional safety measures to protect their people and customers, reduction in domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes. Delays can be up to a few days. ThePeachBox acknowledges that these are unprecedented circumstances and although every effort is made to ensure that orders are processed within the given time lines we are not able to take any responsibility for delays caused by the impact Covid-19.

PROCESSING TIMES

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours for purchases made on weekdays. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day. During sale and festive periods, it may take 2 to 4 business days to process your order. 

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For Australian orders, we ship with Australia Post’s eParcel service.

1. Standard flat rate shipping – FREE for all orders over AU$80 (after any discount) or AU$6.95 for all orders under AU$80. (Standard shipping usually takes around 3 to 5 business days for delivery after being processed & shipped.)

2. Express flat rate shipping – ONLY AU$$9.95 for all orders within Australian or AU$$4.95 for all orders over AUD$80. (Express shipping usually takes around 1 to 2 business days after being processed & shipped)

We will always endeavour to do our best to make sure our pieces get to you in a timely and safe manner! However, the times above are estimates provided by Australia Post and we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post and do not provide guarantees on actual delivery timing.

Once your order has been passed onto ThePeachBox’s nominated carrier, please note that it becomes their responsibility. ThePeachBox is not liable and/or responsible for any delays and/or lost and/or stolen orders in transit. If an order is not able to be found on the premises, and ThePeachBox can provide evidence of delivery from the courier, then unfortunately this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement, as the orders has been delivered. Kindly contact the nominated courier to settle the dispute on the delivery of the parcel.

Please Note: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correctly entered and that parcels are picked up from their local post office (if required). We also highly encourage our customers to provide their contact details so that the courier can reach out to you regarding the delivery. ThePeachBox will not be responsible for undelivered parcels due to these situations. Items returned to our warehouse that need to be reshipped or refunded will incur a $15 Handling & Postage fee.

For International orders around the world, we ship with Australia Post’s International Services.

Standard International Shipping & Express Shipping are available for the following countries. For any countries not on the list below, only Express Shipping is offered.

1. Standard International shipping  –  AU$14.95 for all orders under AU$80, AU$10.95 for all orders over AU$80. Standard International Shipping is shipped using Australia Post Pack & Track International or Registered Post Service depending on which country the order is from. Pack & Track is always the 1st preference. If that is not available, Registered post will be used. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

2. Express International Shipping is only AU$14.95 for orders over AU$80 (after any discount), or AU$24.95 for orders under AU$80. Express International Shipping is shipped using Australia Post’s Express International Courier Service.
