We want customers to have complete peace of mind when shopping with us, so for any quality issues with our products, we’ll either replace the faulty product or refund the method of payment used.

Change of mind or need to exchange for another size? No worries! Send back the item(s) within 14 days, and we’ll provide you a store credit for those item(s) valid for 7 days so you can choose the right piece! Items must be unworn and in the original gift box and packaging. For watches, the pin that starts the battery must still be in place.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings.

Please note: Store credit will be equal to the original purchase price of the item being exchanged.


1. Email info@thepeachbox.com to let us know you’d like to return or exchange your item(s).

  • Please provide your order number, and the items you are returning or exchanging.
  • Please provide a tracking number.

2. Send your item the return address we provide you in our reply.

(Please note we do not cover the shipping cost of returning the item(s) to us).

3. Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process it within 5 business days.

4. All returns & exchanges will be processed with a store credit for the purchase value of the piece(s) returned, for which you’re then able to pick another piece. You’ll receive an email from us with details of the store credit. Please note that the store credit is only valid for 7 days. 

5. You’ll now be able to place a new order on our site using the store credit.
